The Ridelines and Merida Bikes partnership begins!
We’re stoked to announce a brand-new partnership between Ridelines, Merida Bikes, and our local Merida dealer, Ride Innerleithen. This exciting collaboration brings together shared values of performance, progression, and community, backed by some of the best bikes in the business. We’ll also be sticking with the guys at Vittoria tyres for our grip! Another great supporter of Ridelines, available from Ride Innerleithen too.
Starting now, our team will be riding the incredible Merida eONE-SIXTY 8000 and the all new Merida ONE-SIXTY 8000 Enduro bike. Two machines built for trail performance, both electric and acoustic. Whether it’s leading skills courses at Glentress, guiding big mountain rides, or supporting local riders, we’ve got the tools to match our terrain and ambition.
This is more than just great kit, it’s a perfect fit, and we couldn’t be more excited to ride into the next chapter with Merida and Ride Innerleithen. Who are Ride Innerleithen?
Ride-Innerleithen is a small operation with a carefully picked product range including clothing, helmets & maintenance products. The shop revolves around a small workshop with a range of popular parts and accessories available for upgrade or repairs. Brands include Shimano, Madison, DHARCO, Whyte, Kinesis, SRAM, Frog Bikes, Pivot Bikes, Fenwick’s, Ride-Wrap, Six Six One & many more.

Merida eONE-SIXTY 8000
The Merida eONE-SIXTY 8000 is a powerhouse of modern e-MTB design. Refined, responsive, and ready for anything the Tweed Valley can throw at it. Merida ONE-SIXTY 8000
The Merida ONE-SIXTY 8000 is Ridelines choice for a no compromise trail / enduro machine, built for riders who demand precision, plushness, and composure at speed. With a full carbon frame and Merida’s uniquely progressive Agilometer geometry, it offers a ride feel that’s both planted and playful. Long, slack, and low where it counts, with sizing that prioritises rider fit and the potential for dynamic riding over frame labels.
What sets it apart is how it handles big terrain. The long travel Rockshox Performance suspension (170mm front, 162mm rear) soaks up the roughest lines while staying composed on steep climbs and tight switchbacks. It’s incredibly balanced, with a mixed wheel setup and low standover that gives riders the confidence to move, adapt, and push harder.
