An absolutely amazing day jam packed with great information and feedback from our teacher Andy. Learned lots and my confidence was definitely boosted. The techniques where broke down into easy doable exercises and great feedback was provided if we weren’t doing it correctly. You are in great hands if you choose to do this course, I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Good day with a very small group learning the fundamentals of getting the bike off the ground in various ways. Something I felt weakest about and the source of a few “moments” too. We spent most of the time learning individual techniques, which are useful on their own/together, and at the end of the day were combined for jumping. The latter part of sessioning jumps was quite a full workout for me (compared to climbing and descending trails), so it made sense that it was relatively short. I think deliberate followup practice on jumps/hops/manuals is especially needed to really benefit from what was learnt. Video feedback was useful as due to speed/timing/technique I often wasn’t doing on the bike what I thought I was doing. The content covered was apt for our level and progression. Having done the general intermediate course a few months earlier, I did feel there was quite a bit of repetition between those two particular days. Great instructor and group again.
